The invention concerns oligonucleotides containing at least a secondary structure capable of modifying or inhibiting the expression of a target gene in vivo or in vitro. The invention is characterised in that it comprises an antisense sequence and optionally a supplementary nucleotide sequence at one and/or the other ends of the antisense sequence, selected such that the secondary structure(s) are broken down when the oligonucleotide is fixed on the target nucleic acid. The invention also concerns pharmaceutical compositions containing said oilgonucleotides.
La présente invention concerne des oligonucléotides contenant au moins une structure secondaire capable de modifier ou d'inhiber l'expression d'un gène cible in vivo ou in vitro, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une séquence antisens et éventuellement une séquence nucléotidique supplémentaire à l'une et/ou l'autre des extrémités de la séquence antisens, choisi(s) de façon à ce que la ou les structures secondaires se défasse(nt) lors de la fixation de l'oligonucléotide sur l'acide nucléique cible. L'invention concerne aussi les compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits oligonucléotides.
