The present invention discloses synthetic oligonucleotides complementary to a nucleic acid spanning the translational start site of human papillomavirus gene El, and including at least 15 nucleotides. Also disclosed are methods and kits for inhibiting the replication of HPV, for inhibiting the expression of HPV nucleic acid and protein, for detection of HPV, and for treating HPV infections.
On décrit des oligonucléotiques synthétiques, complémentaires d'un acide nucléique recouvrant le site de démarrage de la traduction du gène E1 du papillomavirus humain (PVH), et qui comportent 15 nucléotides au moins. On décrit aussi des procédés et des trousses permettant d'inhiber la réplication du PVH, d'inhiber l'expression de l'acide nucléique et des protéines du PVH, de détecter ce dernier et de traiter les infections qu'il déclenche.
