Oligosaccharide derivatives which have higher homogeneity and more excellent antiulcerous effects than those of fucose and rhamnose polysaccharides and are represented by the following general formula: Y-OCH(CH2NHR)2 wherein Y represents an oligofucose or oligorhamnose having a degree of polymerization of 2 to 20 in which part of the hydroxy groups may have been sulfated; R represents phenyl, higher alkylphenyl, higher alkyl, or -(CH2)n-NHX, where n is an integer of 1 to 10; and X represents higher alkanoyl or alkylamino.
L'invention porte sur des dérivés d'oligosaccharides présentant une homogénéité élevée et dotés d'un pouvoir antiulcérant très supérieur à celui des polysaccharides de fucose et de rhamnose. Lesdits oligosaccharides présentent la formule générale Y-OCH(CH¿2?NHR)¿2?, où Y représente une oligofucose ou une oligorhamnose d'un degré de polymérisation de 2 à 20 et dont une partie des groupes hydroxy peut avoir été sulfatée; R représente phényle alkylphényle supérieur, alkyle supérieur, ou -(CH¿2?)¿n?-NHX ou n est un entier de 1 à 10; et X représente alkanoyle supérieur ou alkylamino.
