The present invention is further directed to polyether polyols prepared by alkoxylating these polyhydroxyalkyl oligoureas. Finally, the present invention is directed to the use of both the polyhydroxyalkyl oligoureas and the polyethers prepared therefrom for use in the production of polyurethanes, particularly rigid foams.
