Topical formulations of olopatadine for treatment of allergic or inflammatory disorders of the eye and nose are disclosed. The aqueous formulations contain approximately 0.17 - 0.62% (w/v) of olopatadine and an amount of polyvinylpyrrolidone or polystyrene sulfonic acid sufficient to enhance the physical stability of the formulations.

La présente invention concerne des formulations topiques d'olopatadine destinées au traitement d'affections allergiques ou inflammatoires de l'oeil et du nez. Les formulations aqueuses précitées contiennent approximativement entre 0,17 et 0,62 % (p/v) d'olopatadine et une quantité de polyvinylpyrrolidone ou de polystyrène-acide sulfonique suffisante pour améliorer la stabilité physique des formulations.
