A sensor (100) contains a first electrically conductive element (110), a second electrically conductive element ((160), and an electrically insulative element connected to the first electrically conductive element (110) and the second electrically conductive element (160). The sensor (100) also contains a plurality of electrically conductive weights located within a cavity (200) of the sensor (100), wherein the cavity (200) is defined by at least one surface of the first electrically conductive element (110), at least one surface of the electrically insulative element, and at least one surface of the second electrically conductive element (160).
