A method for making pre-paid purchases of goods and services from merchants or sellers and their agents using a Unique Number issued by a seller (The Seller) at various points of sale. The UNIQUE PRIVATE INTERNET NUMBER (PIN) is a method to accomplish this. The Seller distributes PIN's to authorized distributors (The Reseller) or directly to the users using a payment system acceptable to both parties including but not limited to wholesale arrangements, prepayment or on consignment. The prospective purchaser of goods and services (The Customer) purchases the PIN at various Reseller outlets, (retail, direct sales or otherwise), using any method of payment acceptable to The Reseller or Seller. To order goods or services from The Seller, The Customer contacts The Seller via an electronic computing device, telephone or any other method offered by The Seller. The Customer will provide the prepaid PIN to The Seller who will verify the validity of the PIN and treat the order as paid in full. The Seller will complete the transaction by delivering the goods/services to The Customer through his normal distribution methods.
