[PROBLEMS] To provide, while avoiding high costs, a train-installed video information delivery control display system that can effectively deliver moving and still images through digital transmission to present them to passengers in train compartments without using any separate transmission paths for the moving and still images. [MEANS FOR RESOLVING PROBLEMS] A delivery control central unit (10), which is installed on the front car of a train, uses a transmitting/receiving apparatus (90) to deliver, based on both contents received by wireless from a ground side and a contents display schedule, video information, which comprises moving and still image information, to a delivery control terminal apparatus (30) in each car via an inter-car transmission path (1). The delivery control terminal apparatus (30) of each car, which is connected to the delivery control terminal apparatus (30) of a respective adjacent car, delivers the delivered video information to the respective adjacent car, while also delivering the delivered video information to a video output apparatus (50) in that car via an intra-car transmission path (2). The video output apparatus (50) generates a video signal from the delivered video information to output it to a display apparatus (70) for display thereon.
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention est de mettre à disposition, tout en évitant des coûts élevés, un système d'affichage à commande de distribution d'informations vidéo installé dans un train qui peut distribuer de manière efficace des images en mouvement et fixes au moyen d'une transmission numérique afin de les présenter à des passagers dans des compartiments de train sans utiliser de quelconques voies de transmission séparées pour les images en mouvement et fixes. La solution proposée implique une unité centrale de commande de distribution (10), qui est installée dans la voiture de tête d'un train, qui utilise un appareil de transmission/réception (90) pour distribuer, sur la base soit de contenus reçus en mode sans fil à partir d'un emplacement au sol que d'un horaire d'affichage de contenus, des informations vidéo, qui comprennent des informations sous forme d'images en mouvement et fixes, à un appareil terminal de commande de distribution (30) dans chaque voiture au moyen d'une voie de transmission entre voitures (1). L'appareil terminal de commande de distribution (30) de chaque voiture, qui est connecté à l'appareil terminal de commande de distribution (30) d'une voiture adjacente respective, distribue les informations vidéo distribuées à la voiture adjacente respective, tout en distribuant aussi les informations vidéo distribuées à un appareil de sortie vidéo (50) dans cette voiture au moyen d'une voie de transmission intra voiture (2). L'appareil de sortie vidéo (50) génère un signal vidéo à partir des informations vidéo distribuées afin de le transmettre à un appareil d'affichage (70) pour l'affichage sur ce dernier.
