A machine for preparing a liquid food or beverage has an outermost housing (9) that includes a top part (91) and downwardly extending sidewalls (92) which cover and shield at least part of a liquid food or beverage module (10). The downwardly extending sidewalls (92) have a portion (93) that forms, optionally together with a portion (91') of the top part (91), a grip seizable by a human hand (100) such that said machine can be carried and displaced single handed by seizure of said grip (91', 93).
L'invention porte sur une machine pour préparer une boisson ou un aliment liquide. La machine comporte un boîtier extérieur (9) qui comporte une partie supérieure (91) ainsi que des parois latérales s'étendant vers le bas (92) et qui recouvrent et protègent au moins une partie d'un module de boisson ou d'aliment liquide (10). Les parois latérales s'étendant vers le bas (92) comportent facultativement une partie (93) qui, avec une partie (91') de la partie supérieure (91), forme une poignée que l'utilisateur peut saisir par une main (100), de telle sorte qu'il suffit d'une main pour porter et déplacer la machine au moyen de ladite poignée (91', 93).
