The one part polyorganosiloxane mixtures are catalyzed with an inclusion compound of a cyclodextrin and a complexing ligand such as, cyclopentadiene, 1,5- cyclooctadiene or norbornadiene and a platinum metal material, such as a C(1-4) alkyl substituted platinum.
