ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The apparatus for folding and sealing a blank into a mailer or envelope includes a water applicator for activating remoistenable glue strips or lines on the edges of the blanks prior to folding into a two or three ply mailer or envelope. The glue can also be disposed along a transverse edge of a section which forms a flap for sealing the mailer or envelope.
