The one-piece safe folding sports goal embodies a horizontal top crossbar supported at each end by vertical posts. Posts intersect the rear extending frame members on the ground, which intersect to a rear bottom crossbar. Frame members attach to one another at intersecting corners through child-safe (weatherproof, kinetic) hinges. Hinges permanently join the frame members and allow the frame to fold down / fold inward and also limit travel when the goal is open. Hinges incorporate internal stops, other related parts and may contain a spring to assist in the opening and closing of the structure, and help maintain the goal in its open position. Flexible rods (such as fiberglass) form an arc shape attaching the lower horizontal rear crossbar hinges to the top horizontal crossbar hinges. Additional flexible rods attach in the same way if the goal has extended horizontal crossbars, also intersecting at the hinges. Flexible rod sets hinge in the middle for folding. Goal netting permanently attaches to frame members and rest over & or attach too flexible rods while the goal is in its upright state. Goal carry bag permanently attaches to the horizontal rear bottom crossbar allowing the folded goal frame, flexible rods and goal netting to roll in.
