ABSTRACT An improved one way plow incorporating a high density polymer sheet mold-board is used to remove snow from road surfaces at high speeds more efficiently. The mold-board is of reduced thickness and is supported by a frame of steel members that provides effective support at reduced weight. The frame at the discharge end is provided with a back-up plate that performs the important function of supporting the mold-board in the event that it is brushed against a snow bank.
