An open-architecture system automatically consolidates information from a plurality of financial systems into a single accounting system without the need for expensive and time-consuming backroom procedures. The system enables an entity to use multiple independent and potentially incompatible financial systems to facilitate, control and monitor its spending, purchasing and other financial activitives, while also enabling the entity to monitor and control all of these activities in real time. The system receives, processes and stores information obtained from a plurality of financial and/or other external computerized systems, and provides one or more authorized users with the ability to monitor financial transactions on-line and manipulate and control all financial transactions of the entity in real time using, for example, Web-browser software technology. Different users may have different levels of access to the financial transaction data obtained, processed and stored by the system. The system may also be readily integrated with the entity's existing computer systems.
La présente invention concerne un système à architecture ouverte qui consolide automatiquement en un seul système de tenue de comptes les informations provenant d'une pluralité de systèmes financiers, et ce, sans qu'il y ait besoin de procédures cachées coûteuses et consommatrices de temps machine. Ce système permet à une entité d'utiliser de multiples systèmes financiers indépendants, et potentiellement incompatibles, pour mettre en oeuvre, gérer et vérifier ses dépenses, ses achats et ses autres activités financières, tout en permettant à l'entité de vérifier et gérer en temps réel toutes ces activités. Le système reçoit, traite, et stocke les informations provenant d'une pluralité de systèmes informatisés financiers et/ou extérieurs. En outre, ce système offre à un ou plusieurs utilisateurs habilités la possibilité de surveiller en ligne des transactions financières et de manipuler et gérer en temps réel toutes les transactions financières de l'entité, utilisant pour cela notamment des techniques liées aux logiciels de navigation en réseau. Concernant les données de transactions financières prises en compte, traitées et stockées par le système, les niveaux de droits d'accès peuvent être différents d'un utilisateur à l'autre. Le système s'intègre facilement aux systèmes informatiques existants de l'entité.
