A process is disclosed for preparing an open-celled rigid polyurethane foam by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol in the presence of a blowing agent, a cell opening agent and exfoliating graphite, wherein the thermal conductivity of the foam is from 28 to 35 mw/mk. Such foams are applicable in the construction industry where it is desired to have a foam having flame retardation properties and a low thermal conductivity.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une mousse de polyuréthanne rigide à alvéoles ouvertes, consistant à faire réagir un polyisocyanate organique avec un polyol en présence d'un agent d'expansion, d'un agent d'ouverture des alvéoles et de graphite exfolié, ladite mousse étant caractérisée par une conductibilité thermique comprise entre 28 et 35 mw/mk. Les mousses de ce type sont destinées à l'industrie du bâtiment, secteur pour lequel on souhaite obtenir une mousse ayant des propriétés ignifuges et une faible conductivité thermique.
