A container assembly (10) has a lid (12) which connects to an open ended container (14). The container has a wall (52) which defines a cavity (54) and has an outer surface with a plurality of outwardly directed teeth (58) and a least one outwardly directed thread (56). The teeth are located intermediate the thread and a top (56) of the container. The lid has an outer wall (22) and a cutout (50) in a ridge (20) which allows at least a portion of a locking member to extend therethrough, the locking member being normally biased toward a center of the lid in a first portion so that a leg (40) is brought into contact with the teeth on the container. The locking member can be moved to a second position to disengage the leg from the teeth to allow rotation in at least one direction. Additionally, the teeth and leg may be configured to allow for the lid to be tightened relative to the container in the first position, but not loosened.
L'invention concerne un ensemble récipient (10) comportant un couvercle (12) raccordé à un récipient ouvert (14). Ce récipient comporte une paroi (52) définissant une cavité (54) et présentant une surface extérieure pourvue d'une pluralité de dents (58) dirigées vers l'extérieur, et d'au moins un filet (56) dirigé vers l'extérieur. Les dents sont disposées entre le filet et une partie supérieure (56) du récipient. Le couvercle comporte une paroi extérieure (22) et une entaille (50) formée dans une arrête (20), cette entaille permettant la réception d'au moins une position d'un élément de verrouillage, ledit élément de verrouillage étant normalement sollicité vers le centre du couvercle, dans une première partie, de sorte qu'une tige (40) est mise en contact avec les dents disposées sur le récipient. L'élément de verrouillage peut être déplacé dans une deuxième position, de sorte à dégager la tige des dents, pour permettre une rotation dans au moins un sens. Les dents et la tige peuvent également être configurées pour permettre au couvercle d'être serré sur le récipient dans une première position, mais non desserré.
