The invention relates to a formulation for the production of a biocompatible, optionally bio-degradable, open-pored polyurethane foam which has open pores also on the surface thereof without any mechanical post-treatment, i.e.has no skin, a polyurethane form of said variety and a method for the production and use thereof. The invention also relates to a method for the production of a cell carrier for for cell cultures, tissue cultures and for tissue engineering, using the formulation for the production of the open-pored polyurethane foam, in addition to a cell carrier obtained by means of said method.
L'invention concerne une formulation servant à produire une mousse polyuréthanne à pores ouverts, biocompatible et éventuellement biodégradable. Cette mousse polyuréthanne comporte également des pores ouverts à sa surface, donc pas de peau, lesdits pores ouverts étant ménagés sans post-traitement mécanique. La présente invention se rapporte également à ladite mousse polyuréthanne à pores ouverts, à un procédé de production de celle-ci, et à son utilisation. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de production d'un support cellulaire conçu pour la culture cellulaire, la culture tissulaire, ainsi que pour le génie tissulaire, au moyen de la formulation servant à produire la mousse polyuréthanne à pores ouverts. Cette invention concerne en outre un support cellulaire produit au moyen dudit procédé.
