An openable container (10), comprising a container main body (11), an opening and closing cover (23) installed swingably on the container main body (11), and a plate rubber (50) installed at a swingable portion between the container main body (11) and the opening and closing cover (23), wherein a locking piece (32) of the opening and closing cover (23) is engaged with an engaging projection (33) provided on a working body (55) of the container main body (11), a movable body (60) is provided slidably on the container main body (11), a fitting recessed part (51) is provided at the lower end of the working body (55), and a fitting projection part (61) is provided on the movable body (60), whereby the working body (55) is prevented from being lowered by sliding the movable body (60) to displace the fitting recessed part (51) from the fitting projection part (60), and the opening and closing cover (23) is not opened even if a child tampers with the cover unintentionally.
L'invention concerne un contenant ouvrable (10) comprenant un corps principal (11), un couvercle (23) d'ouverture et de fermeture installé de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur le corps principal du contenant (11), et un caoutchouc (50) formant plaque, installé au niveau d'une partie susceptible de pivoter entre le corps principal du contenant (11) et le couvercle (23) d'ouverture et de fermeture. Une pièce de verrouillage (32) dudit couvercle d'ouverture et de fermeture (23) est en prise avec une protubérance de contact (33) formée sur un corps de travail (55) dudit corps principal (11) du contenant. Un corps mobile (60) est disposé de manière à pouvoir coulisser sur le corps principal (11) du contenant, un évidement (60) d'accouplement est formé au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure du corps de travail (55), et une protubérance d'accouplement (61) est formée sur la partie mobile (60), la descente du corps de travail (55) étant empêchée lorsqu'on fait coulisser le corps mobile (60) pour déplacer l'évidement (51) d'accouplement par rapport à la protubérance (60) d'accouplement, et de ce fait le couvercle (23) d'ouverture et de fermeture ne peut être ouvert par un enfant qui manipule ledit couvercle de façon non intentionnelle.
