?? ?01 OPENER FOR TAB-TOP CONTAINERS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An opener for a tab-top container has a base adapted to be mounted to a supporting surface. Opposing camming surfaces convergently extend from the base to a juncture. An initiating edge formed at the juncture is sued to be positioned under the edge of a tab so that when the container is pushed generally toward the base, the tab is cammed away from the end wall causing the closure to responsively open.
