ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An operating key unit comprises upper and lower contact sheets provided with upper and lower printed signal patterns, respectively, and a grounded conductive film on the upper surface of the upper contact sheet corresponding to the area of the undersurface of the upper contact sheet where no signal pattern is printed, so that harmful static noise is effectively prevented, thus making it possible to completely eliminate the effect of static electricity by merely applying a printing process, and as a result, productivity can be significantly improved.
