Process for controlling the operating modes of an automatic water filtration unit including inner-skin tubular membrane modules. The possible filtration modes are frontal filtration, cross-flow filtration (with loop recirculation), and cross-flow filtration with continuous bleed, involving two types of filtration membrane backwash actuating systems. The first initiates the backwash at the end of the predetermined time for each filtration mode between two backwashes, and the second initates the backwash when the predetermined set points for each filtration mode of the automatic unit's operating parameter are reached. The filtration mode is modified after a set point-related backwash is actuated. The modification follows this order: frontal filtration, cross-flow filtration, cross-flow filtration with continuous bleed, or the reverse.
Procédé de commande des modes de fonctionnement d'un appareil automatique de filtration d'eau comprenant des modules de membranes tubulaires de filtration d'eau à peau interne, les modes de filtration possibles étant la filtration frontale, la filtration tangentielle (avec recirculation dans uns boucle) et la filtration tangentielle avec purge continue, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit deux types de déclenchement des rétrolavages des membranes de filtration. le premier déclenchant le rétrolavage au bout du laps de temps prédéterminé pour chaque mode de filtration entre deux rétrolavages et le second déclenchant le rétrolavage lorsque sont atteintes des valeurs de consigne prédéterminées pour chaque mode de filtration d'un paramètre de fonctionnement de l'appareil automatique; et on modifie le mode de filtration après qu'un rétrolavage lié à une des valeurs de consigne a été déclenché, la modification se faisant dans l'ordre : filtration frontale, filtration tangentielle, filtration tangentielle avec purge continue, ou en sens inverse.
