The invention concerns an operating table comprising a support plate (24) for the patient's kidneys, which plate (24) is mobile relative to the structure (28) of the operating table between a retracted position and an extended position and at least a mechanism for manoeuvring the plate (24) between its positions, which mechanism is equipped with an actuator (30) whereof one first end (32) is connected to the structure (28) of the operating table. The or each manoeuvring mechanism comprises a first link rod (38) articulated relative to the structure (28) of the operating table, which link rod (38) is connected to a second end (36) of the actuator to be displaced at an angle, and to the plate (24) for displacing the plate (24) between its retracted position and its extended position.
La table d'opération comporte un billot (24) de support des reins du patient, lequel billot (24) est mobile par rapport à la structure (28) de la table d'opération entre une position escamotée et un position déployée et au moins un mécanisme de manoeuvre du billot (24) entre ses positions, lequel mécanisme est équipé d'un actionneur (30) dont une première extrémité (32) est liée à la structure (28) de la table d'opération. Le ou chaque mécanisme de manoeuvre comporte une première bielle (38) articulée par rapport à la structure (28) de la table d'opération, laquelle bielle (38) est reliée, d'une part, à une seconde extrémité (36) de l'actionneur pour son déplacement angulaire, et d'autre part, au billot (24) pour le déplacement du billot (24) entre sa position escamotée et sa position déployée.
