Title: OPERATOR FOR AN OPENING WING Abstract: An operator for a casement supported in an outer frame by a pair of stays at the top and bottom of the casement has an operating arm for controlling pivotal movement of the casement about a vertical axis and a locking arm for controlling actuation of a fastening mechanism to secure the casement in the closed position. The operating arm and locking arm are operable in sequence by rotation of a handle through a drive mechanism to operate the fastening mechanism when the casement is closed
