The present invention relates to wafer-like presentations for pain therapy, based on hydrophilic polymers, which rapidly dissolve or disintegrate in a watery environment and which release active agent combinations when placed into a body orifice or body cavity, and which are preferably orally administered, with the presentation containing an active agent combination consisting of an opioid and a second substance, wherein the second active agent is a non-steroidal anti-rheumatic (NSAR) or an antidepressant.
