ABSTRACT This is a tool for aligning transparencies onto an overhead projector. In this invention, the two edges (one horizontal and the other vertical) are affixed on a temporary basis by way of using (A) suction cups or (B) sponges with a small flat magnet, to the flat surface of the overhead projector. The transparency is placed onto the overhead, perfectly aligned, in being guided by the horizontal and vertical pieces. Depending on the type of overhead, screen, angle of screen, distance between the screen and overhead, etc - the two separate pieces of this tool will accommodate the various placement requirements of the transparency.
