An X-ray optical alignment system for X-ray imaging devices includes a visible-light point source and a multi-axis positioner therefor, fixedly mounted with respect to the X-ray focal spot. A mirror or beamsplitter is fixedly mounted with respect to the X-ray focal spot and disposed in the beam path of the X-ray source. The beamsplitter reflects light emitted from the light source and transmits X-rays emitted from the X-ray source. A first X-ray attenuating grid is fixedly but removably mountable with respect to the X-ray source, having a first X-ray attenuation pattern; and a second X-ray attenuating grid is adjustably mountable with respect to the first grid having a second X-ray attenuating pattern corresponding to the first X-ray attenuating pattern. When the grids are aligned, their attenuating patterns are also aligned and allow X-rays from the X-ray source and light reflected from the beamsplitter to pass therethrough.
L'invention concerne un système d'alignement optique par rayons X destiné à des dispositifs d'imagerie par rayons X, qui comprend une source ponctuelle de lumière visible et un positionneur multi-axe associé, monté solidement par rapport au foyer thermique des rayons X. Un miroir ou diviseur de faisceau est monté solidement par rapport au foyer thermique des rayons X et disposé dans le faisceau canalisé de la source de rayons X. Le diviseur de faisceau réfléchit la lumière émise par la source lumineuse et transmet les rayons X émis par la source de rayons X. Une première grille d'atténuation des rayons X est montée solidement, mais de manière amovible, par rapport à la source de rayons X et présente un premier diagramme d'atténuation des rayons X; et une seconde grille d'atténuation des rayons X est montée de manière réglable par rapport à la première grille et présente un second diagramme d'atténuation des rayons X correspondant au premier diagramme d'atténuation des rayons X. Lorsque les grilles sont alignées, leurs diagrammes d'atténuation sont également alignés et laissent passer les rayons X provenant de la source de rayons X et la lumière réfléchie par le diviseur de faisceau.
