An optical connector arrangement for connecting a first optical fibre end to a second optical fibre end or to an optical transmitting or receiving arrangement is described which has a cylindrical bush having a longitudinal slot into which a cylindrical sleeve, in which the optical fibre end is gripped, can be introduced from at least one end. The cylindrical bush is arranged in an opening of a holding element and the holding element has, in the opening, a longitudinal burr which engages in the longitudinal slot of the bush. A reproducible optical connector arrangement is specified with which it is possible to achieve minimal attenuation.
