The invention relates to an optical coupling device which serves to overcouple light from a first into a second optical waveguide (2, 10), whereby an element (6), whose length can be varied, affects the relative position of the opposite terminal surfaces of both optical waveguides (2, 10) with regard to one another. The element which fixes one of both optical waveguides (2) is fastened via a first retaining element (8) to a unit that contains the other optical waveguide (10). Said element comprises a guiding device (14, 16) that engages inside a second retaining element (18, 20) and which enables the element (6) to elongate essentially in only one spatial direction that is oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis of the element.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de couplage optique servant au surcouplage de la lumière d'un premier dans un second câble à fibres optiques (2, 10), un élément de longueur variable (6) agissant sur la position relative des surfaces terminales opposées des deux câbles à fibres optiques (2, 10) l'une par rapport à l'autre. L'élément (26) servant à la fixation de l'un des deux câbles à fibres optiques (2) est fixé à une unité contenant l'autre câble à fibres optiques (10) au moyen d'un élément de maintien (8). Ledit élément présente un dispositif de guidage (14, 16) entrant dans un second élément de maintien (18, 20), ledit dispositif de guidage ne permettant un allongement de l'élément (6) essentiellement dans une seule direction spatiale parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément.
