This invention relates to an optical displacement sensor element, e.g. for use in a pressure sensor or a microphone, comprising two essentially flat surfaces being separated by a cavity being defined by a spacer, the distance between the surfaces being variable thus providing a displacement sensitive Fabry- Perot interferometer. Both of said surfaces are at least partially reflective, and in that said first surface is provided with at least one optical detector, and one of surfaces being provided on an at least partially transparent material.

Cette invention concerne un élément capteur de déplacement optique, destiné à être utilisé, par exemple, dans un capteur de pression ou un microphone, comprenant deux surfaces essentiellement planes séparées par une cavité définie par une entretoise, la distance entre les surfaces étant variable fournissant ainsi un interféromètre Fabry-Perot sensible au déplacement. L'une et l'autre desdites surfaces sont au moins partiellement réfléchissantes et ladite première surface est dotée d'au moins un détecteur optique, et une des surfaces est disposée sur une matière au moins partiellement transparente.
