An optical element in which a hard coat layer is formed on an organic glass base material surface via a primer layer. For a primer composition forming a primer layer, whole or the main body of the primer layer formation polymer is made as being ester based TPE. Moreover, a hard coat composition forming a hard coat layer is consisted of a hydrolysate of alkoxysilane in which trialkoxysilane containing monoexpoxy organic group is the main body as a matrix formation ingredient, and the titanium based metal oxide complex particle as being an optical interference control agent, the foregoing titanium based metal oxide complex particle is consisted of T1O2 as the main body, S1O2 as a major sub-ingredient, and further, ZrO2 and K2O as a trace sub-ingredient.An optical element of the present invention is capable of suppressing optical interference even if it is a high refractive index base material and the stability of coated film portion is also excellent as well as has a variety of properties comparable to the conventional optical parts.

L'invention concerne un élément optique comprenant une base de verre organique et une couche de revêtement dure formée sur une couche primaire de manière à recouvrir la surface de cette base. La couche primaire est formée d'une composition comprenant un polymère constitué exclusivement ou principalement d'un TPE de type ester. La couche de revêtement dure est formée d'une composition comprenant : un hydrolysat d'un ou de plusieurs alcoxysilanes comprenant principalement un trialcoxysilane contenant un groupe organique mono-époxy en tant qu'ingrédient de matrice, et un composite d'oxydes métalliques en particules fines à base de titane en tant que protecteur contre les interférences optiques. Le composite en particules fines d'oxydes métalliques à base de titane contient du TiO2 en tant que composant principal, du SiO2 en tant que composant principal secondaire,. et du ZrO2 et du K2O en tant que composants secondaires à l'état de traces. Cet élément optique présente diverses caractéristiques comparables à celles des composants optiques conventionnels, et il est capable d'inhiber les interférences lumineuses même lorsque la base présente un indice de réfraction élevé. La stabilité de sa pellicule protectrice est en outre très élevée.
