Le tambour (1) de la bobine comporte des rainures (10,11,12) dans lesquelles sont placées des tiges (60,61,62) durant l'opération de bobinage. La circonférence de bobinage est ainsi plus grande que la circonférence du tambour (1). Après bobinage on enlève les tiges (60, 61, 62) de telle sorte les contraintes de bobinage se relâchent. Application : réalisation de bobines de fibres optiques notamment pour gyromètres. Figure 1.
