An optical gage (10) with a small field of view for three-dimensional surface profile measurement includes a projector (20) having a light source (22) and projection optics (28, 30, 42) that guide light along a projection light path. An optical grating device (34) is arranged in the pro-jection light path and modifies the projection light distribution to project a structured light pattern (46). A phase shifting apparatus (47) shifts the structured light pattern to at least three positions with desired phase shift on said surface (80) to be measured. A viewer (50) includes viewing optics with a viewing light path that is non-parallel to the projection light path, a light sensing array (58) for sensing images of diffuse reflections of the struc-tured light patterns from said surface, and a cam-era (57) for recording the images. The optical gage further includes a computer (61) which comprises data input communication with the camera and a processor for modeling the surface being profiled based on surface contour information provided by the images.
L'invention porte sur une jauge optique (10) avec un petit champ de vision pour une mesure de profil de surface tridimensionnelle, la jauge comprenant un projecteur (20) ayant une source de lumière (22) et des optiques de projection (28, 30, 42) qui guident la lumière le long d'un trajet de lumière de projection. Un dispositif de réseau optique (34) est disposé dans le trajet de lumière de projection et modifie la distribution de la lumière de projection pour projeter un motif de lumière structuré (46). Un appareil de déphasage (47) déphase le motif de lumière structuré en au moins trois positions avec un déphasage souhaité sur ladite surface (80) devant être mesurée. Un oculaire (50) comprend des optiques de visualisation avec un trajet de lumière de visualisation qui n'est pas parallèle au trajet de lumière de projection, un réseau de détection de lumière (58) pour détecter les images de réflexions diffuses des motifs de lumière structurés à partir de ladite surface, et une caméra (57) pour enregistrer les images. La jauge optique comprend en outre un ordinateur (61) qui comprend une communication d'entrée de données avec la caméra et un processeur pour modéliser la surface dont le profil est mesuré, en fonction d'informations de contour de surface fournies par les images.
