An optical information recording medium such as a DVD-R on which optical information can be recorded at high speed and at high density, in which the shape of wobbling land prepits (21) are optimized, in which the diffraction of the laser beam (9) at the prepit is made stronger to generate a favorable land prepit signal, and in which the recording pit RF read errors and land prepit read errors are both reduced. The invention makes the most of the effect of optimization of the shape and size of the land prepits, especially the relative sizes of the inner and outer projections (23, 25) of each prepits and the spot (9S) of the laser beam. The optical information recording medium is characterized in that the inner end (22) of the inner projection and the outer end (24) of the outer projection are located with the range of the diameter (E2) of the spot.

L'invention concerne un support d'enregistrement d'informations optiques, tel qu'un DVD-R sur lequel des informations optiques peuvent être enregistrées à grande vitesse et à grande densité, dans lequel la forme des pré-alvéoles d'intersillon ondulant (21) est optimisée, support dans lequel la diffraction du faisceau laser (9) au niveau du pré-alvéole est plus importante pour qu'un signal de pré-alévole d'intersillon favorable soit généré, et dans lequel à la fois les erreurs de lecture RF d'alvéole de lecture et de pré-alvéole d'intersillon sont réduites. Dans le dispositif de l'invention, l'optimisation de la forme et de la taille des pré-alvéoles, notamment de la taille relative des saillies intérieures et extérieures (23, 25) de chaque pré-alvéole et de la tache laser, est exploitée au maximum. Ledit support d'enregistrement d'informations optiques se caractérise en ce que l'extrémité intérieure (22) de la saillie intérieure et l'extrémité extérieure (24) de la saillie extérieure sont situées dans le diamètre de la tache.
