This device basically includes: two connection accesses (R1, R2) for the said optical liaison, referred to as the first and second connection accesses; three supports, referred to as first, second and fourth supports (S1, S2, S4), capable of supporting means of optoelectronic transduction, referred to as first, second and third means of optoelectronic transduction; two supports, referred to as third and fifth supports (S3, S5), capable of supporting means of beam switching, referred to as first and second means of beam switching. These components are located in the same structure (S) and arranged in relation to one another in such a way as to authorize optical transmission between the so-called first connection access R1 and the so-called first means of beam switching, between each of the so-called first and second means of optoelectronic transduction and the so-called first means of beam switching, between the so-called second access R2 and the so-called second means of beam switching, between each of the two means of switching and between the so-called third means of optoelectronic transduction and the second means of switching, thus defining within the said structure optical transmission channels, referred to as first, second, third, fifth, sixth and seventh channels (V1, V2, V3, V5, V6, V7).

Ce dispositif comporte essentiellement : - deux accès de raccordement (R1, R2) pour ladite liaison optique dit premier et second accès de raccordement, - trois supports, dits premier, deuxième et quatrième support (S1, S2, S4) aptes à supporter des moyens de transduction optoélectronique dits respectivement premier, deuxième et troisième moyen de transduction optoélectronique, - deux supports, dit troisième et cinquième support (S3, S5), apte à supporter des moyens d'aiguillage de faisceau dit respectivement premier et second moyen d'aiguillage de faisceau, ces éléments étant localisés dans une même structure (S) et étant disposés les uns par rapport aux autres de façon à autoriser une transmission optique entre ledit premier accès de raccordement R1 et ledit premier moyen d'aiguillage de faisceau, entre chacun desdits premier et deuxième moyens de transduction optoélectronique et ledit premier moyen d'aiguillage de faisceau, entre ledit second accès R2 et ledit second moyen d'aiguillage de faisceau, entre chacun des deux moyens d'aiguillage et entre ledit troisième moyen de transduction optoélectronique et le second moyen d'aiguillage, définissant ainsi à l'intérieur de ladite structure des voies de transmission optique dites respectivement première, deuxième, troisième, cinquième, sixième, septième voie (V1, V2, V3, V5, V6, V7).
