ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An optical memory disc has a substrate with central circular aperture of a predetermined size and concentric information tracks formed on the substrate. A centering device having a central circular aperture of a size less than that of the substrate is so secured to the substrate that the center of the centering device is positioned at the center of the tracks. A photo-polymer adhesive interposed between the substrate and the centering device secures them together.
