A method for resolving enantiomers of a compound containing the structure of the formula (I): wherein R4 or R5 may contain one or more asymmetric centers, by mixing a racemic mixture of enantiomers of a compound, containing the structure of said formula; in a solvent, with a resolving compound having a defined stereospecificity, to form a solution and with said resolving agent being capable of binding with at least one but not all of said enantiomers to form a precipitate, containing said at least one of said enantiomers in stereospecific form and collecting either the precipitate and purifying it or collecting the solution with contained other of said enantiomers and recrystalizing the enantiomer contained in said solution.
L'invention concerne une méthode de résolution d'énantiomères d'un composé contenant la structure de la formule (I) dans laquelle R?4¿ ou R?5¿ peuvent comprendre un ou plusieurs centres asymétriques. La méthode consiste à brasser, dans un solvant, un mélange racémique d'énantiomères d'un composé contenant la structure de ladite formule avec un composé de résolution présentant une stéréospécificité définie, afin de former une solution. La méthode consiste ensuite à utiliser ledit agent de résolution pouvant se lier à au moins un mais pas tous les énantiomères pour former un précipité contenant au moins un desdits énantiomères sous une forme stéréospécifique; et à recueillir soit le précipité pour le purifier, soit la solution contenant les autres énantiomères pour la recristalliser.
