ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to an optical instrument for the optical magnification of a subject. More specifically, this instrument may be used to aid a person with impaired vision in reading or examining a given subject. The instrument comprises a main body portion with an eyepiece at one end and objective lenses at the opposite end and second lenses therebetween. The objective lenses are adjustable whereby the desired magnification can be selected. There are adjustable supports at the bottom to maintain the instrument at a selected focal distance from the subject being viewed.
