A novel optical waveguide wavelength filter with a ring resonator (3) in which an ADD/DROP operation between an input-side optical waveguide (1) and an output-side optical waveguide (2) through the ring resonator (3) is performed, wherein the input-side optical waveguide (1) intersects the output-side optical waveguide (2), and the ring resonator (3) is superposed on the input- and output-side optical waveguides (1, 2), whereby a 1xN optical waveguide wavelength filter is easily realized. A 1xN optical waveguide wavelength filter composed of such an optical waveguide wavelength filter, having a small size, and having an excellent filter response is also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un nouveau filtre de longueur d'onde pour guide d'ondes optiques, ce filtre étant muni d'un résonateur en anneau (3) permettant d'effectuer une opération d'insertion-extraction entre un guide d'ondes optiques côté entrée (1) et un guide d'ondes optiques côté sortie (2), par l'intermédiaire du résonateur en anneau (3). Le guide d'ondes optiques côté entrée (1) croise le guide d'ondes optiques côté sortie (2), ledit résonateur en anneau (3) étant superposé sur ces guides d'ondes optiques côté entrée et côté sortie (1, 2), ce qui permet d'obtenir facilement un filtre 1xN de longueur d'onde pour guide d'ondes optiques, constitué d'un filtre de longueur d'onde pour guide d'ondes optiques présentant une taille réduite et une réponse du filtre excellente.
