After an initial call connection (20) towards a called party mobile station (10), an originating exchange (70a) serving the calling party terminal receives an indication (115, 125) over the connected telecommunications network that the entered called party number is associated with a mobile station. Thereinafter, the serving originating exchange interrogates (150) the HLR (50) directly to determine the mobile switching center (MSC) (70b) currently serving the called party mobile station for subsequent outgoing call connection requests towards the called party terminal. After retrieving the roaming number representing the serving MSC for the called party mobile station, a direct call connection (190) is established between the originating exchange and the MSC currently serving the calling party mobile station without establishing a trunk call connection back to the home Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) associated with the calling party mobile station.
Après une mise en communication initiale (20) avec une station mobile (10) du demandé, un central de départ (70a) desservant le terminal du demandeur reçoit, sur le réseau de télécommunications connecté, une indication (115, 125) que le numéro du demandé introduit est associé à une station mobile. Ensuite, le central de départ assurant la desserte interroge (150) directement la mémoire des positions des utilisateurs permanents (50) pour déterminer le central mobile (MSC) (70b) desservant actuellement la station mobile du demandé, en vue des demandes ultérieures de mise en communication de départ adressées au terminal du demandé. Après recherche du numéro non local représentant le central mobile de desserte pour la station mobile du demandé, une mise en communication directe (190) est établie entre le central de départ et le central mobile desservant actuellement la station mobile du demandeur, sans établir en retour une mise en communication interurbaine avec le réseau public mobile terrestre local (PLMN) associé à la station mobile du demandeur.
