An oral care toothbrush (10) includes a head (12) mounted to one end of the handle (14) containing a plurality of oral care elements (26) . An oral care accessory (16) is mounted to the opposite end of the handle. An oral care material dispenser (32) is mounted in the head (12) within the cleaning field defined by the oral care elements (26) . The toothbrush is preferably made of small size and of lightweight so as to be readily portable for use away from the home .
