Improved oral cyclosporin formulations which have high bioavailability and are capable of administration in hard capsules or nanoparticles are provided. In the subject formulations, cyclosporin is delivered in an orally acceptable vehicle comprising at least one alkanol solvent of from 2 to 3 carbon atoms in combination with at least one non-ionic surfactant. The subject formulations may further comprise at least one cosolvent, where cosolvents of interest include fatty acids and diols. The subject formulations find use in immunosuppressive therapy.

Compositions orales améliorées de cyclosporine qui présentent une grande biodisponibilité et peuvent être administrées dans des gélules ou sous forme de nanoparticules. Dans les compositions selon la présente invention, la cyclosporine est administrée dans un excipient acceptable par voie orale comprenant au moins un solvant alcanol ayant 2 à 3 atomes de carbone en combinaison avec au moins un tensioactif non ionique. Lesdites compositions peuvent comporter en outre au moins un cosolvant, dont des acides gras et des diols. Lesdites compositions sont utilisées en thérapie par les immunosuppresseurs.
