In order to enable treatment agents such as mouth water or abrasive substances to be added to the spray water in a water jet, the handpiece (2) of the water jet (1) is provided with a mixing reservoir (6) comprising a mixing chamber (7) on the lower end of the handpiece (2). The mixing chamber (7) is arranged in the main or subsidiary flow of the spray water supply line. A water-soluble tablet containing the treating agents is arranged therein. Mixing of the treating agents is determined by the shape and size of the supply and discharge line to said mixing chamber.
La présente invention a pour objet de permettre, de manière simple, l'adjonction à l'eau d'un jet dentaire, d'agents de traitement tels qu'une eau buccale ou des substances abrasives. A cet effet, le manche (2) du jet dentaire (1) comprend un réservoir de mélange (6). Celui-ci comprend un compartiment de mélange (7) à l'extrémité inférieure du manche (2). Le compartiment de mélange (7) se trouve sur la trajectoire soit du flux principal, soit du flux secondaire de l'arrivée d'eau. Dans ledit compartiment se trouve un comprimé qui contient des agents de traitement et se dissout dans l'eau. Le mélange des agents de traitement est déterminé par la forme et la taille de la partie d'entrée dans le compartiment de mélange et de sortie du compartiment de mélange.
