The present invention is directed to new oral formulations of chemotherapeutic agents, their process of preparation as well as their therapeutic uses. More specifically, said invention is related to nanoparticles comprising at least one chemotherapeutic agents as an active ingredient, at least one polymer and at least one cyclic oligosaccharide capable of complexing said camptothecin derivative, said nanoparticles being for therapeutic oral administration.
La présente invention porte sur de nouvelles formulations orales d'agents chimiothérapeutiques, sur leurs méthodes de préparation ainsi que sur leurs utilisations thérapeutiques. Plus spécifiquement, ladite invention porte sur des nanoparticules comprenant au moins des agents chimiothérapeutiques en tant qu'ingrédient actif, au moins un polymère et au moins un oligosaccharide cyclique capable de former un complexe avec ledit dérivé de camptothécine, lesdites nanoparticules étant destinées à une administration orale thérapeutique.
