The invention relates to an oral hygiene device (10) with a gripping part (14) and a head part (12) on which a substantially flat base surface (18) is provided, on which are arranged protruding cleaning elements (20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28; 42; 54; 62; 70; 78; 84; 94; 100, 102, 104; 110, 112, 114; 116, 118; 124; 126; 128) having two different geometries.
