The present invention relates to a stable orally disintegrating coated tablet containing a drug, wherein the tablet is coated with a coating layer containing a water-soluble substance and a polyvinyl alcohol resin of not less than 5% by weight based on the weight of the coating layer, the water-soluble substance dissolving in an amount of 1 g or more in less than 10 mL of water at 20°C, having a hydroxyl group(s) in its molecule, and having a molecular weight of not more than 200 per a unit hydroxyl group. There is provided a stable orally disintegrating coated tablet which does not cause a crack in the coating layer even when the orally disintegrating tablet has been swollen by moisture absorption under high humidity, while ensuring rapid disintegration properties in an oral cavity. In the case of an orally disintegrating tablet containing a light-unstable drug, degradation of the drug can be suppressed by blending a light shading agent in the coating layer.
L'invention porte sur un comprimé enrobé se désintégrant par voie orale, stable, contenant un médicament, enrobé par une couche d'enrobage contenant une substance soluble dans l'eau et au moins de 5 % en poids d'une résine d'alcool polyvinylique par rapport au poids de la couche d'enrobage. La substance soluble dans l'eau est dissoute à 20°C dans moins de 10 ml d'eau selon une quantité égale ou supérieure à 1 g, comprend un groupe hydroxy dans chaque molécule, et a une masse moléculaire égale ou inférieure à 200 par groupe hydroxy unitaire. Le comprimé enrobé se désintégrant par voie orale assure une désintégration rapide dans la cavité buccale, tout en étant stable grâce au fait qu'aucune craquelure ne se produit dans la couche d'enrobage, même lorsque le comprimé enrobé se désintégrant par voie orale a été avalé par absorption d'humidité dans des conditions d'humidité élevée. De plus, lorsqu'un médicament instable par rapport à la lumière est contenu dans le comprimé enrobé se désintégrant par voie orale, on peut supprimer la décomposition du médicament par mélange avec un agent de protection vis-à-vis de la lumière dans la couche d'enrobage.
