The present invention is directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a plurality of taste-masked non-opioid analgesic/opioid analgesic drug-containing microparticles, dosage forms comprising such pharmaceutical compositions (such as an orally disintegrating tablet), and methods of making the pharmaceutical compositions and dosage forms of the present invention. Dosage forms comprising the pharmaceutical compositions of the present invention are improved homogeneous blends of non-opioid and opioid analgesics which provide for more convenient and palatable administration of drug combinations, for example for treating pain.
La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant une pluralité de microparticules contenant des médicaments analgésiques opiacés/non opiacés au goût masqué, des formes galéniques comprenant lesdites compositions pharmaceutiques (par exemple des comprimés orodispersibles) et des procédés de fabrication des compositions pharmaceutiques et des formes galéniques de la présente invention. Les formes galéniques comprenant les compositions pharmaceutiques de la présente invention sont constituées de mélanges homogènes améliorés d'analgésiques opiacés et non opiacés et permettent une administration plus pratique et plus agréable au goût de combinaisons de médicaments, par exemple destinées au traitement de la douleur.
