A bottle straightening and aligning machine (13) comprises a bulk bottle loading hopper (11) whose internal side wall bears paddles (12) for pushing the bottles onto a helical guide (14) which extends along the internal wall. At the end of the guide the bottles (13) are unloaded into an annular compartment (15) arranged around the periphery of the upper edge of the hopper where the bottles are taken to run in cradles (21) on a support (18) broken to let the bottles fall into straightening conveyors (22) rotating integrally with the cradles. From the conveyors the bottles are unloaded into peripheral compartments of a ring (20) rotating coaxially around the hopper. The compartments formed in the ring are in a number which is a multiple of the number of the cradles (21) and the conveyors (22) and the rotation speed of the ring (20) is greater than the rotation speed of the cradles (21) to have a peripheral velocity greater than the pitch between two consecutive compartments for each rotation of the cradle corresponding to the unloading of a bottle from each cradle. The hopper and the ring are driven by a common motor by means of mechanisms and gears.
Une machine (13) pour redresser et aligner des bouteilles comprend une trémie (11) de chargement de bouteilles en vrac dont la paroi latérale interne est équipée de palettes (12) pour pousser les bouteilles sur un guide hélicoïdal (14) s'étendant le long de la paroi interne. A l'extrémité du guide, les bouteilles (13) sont déchargées à l'intérieur d'un compartiment circulaire (15) ménagé autour de la périphérie du bord supérieur de la trémie d'où les bouteilles sont acheminées dans des berceaux (21) posés sur un support (18) interrompu pour laisser tomber les bouteilles à l'intérieur de convoyeurs de redressage (22) tournant solidairement avec les berceaux. Des bouteilles sont déchargées des convoyeurs à l'intérieur de compartiments périphériques d'un anneau (20) tournant coaxialement autour de la trémie. Le nombre des compartiments formés dans l'anneau est un multiple du nombre des berceaux (21) et des convoyeurs (22), et la vitesse de rotation de l'anneau (20) est supérieure à la vitesse de rotation des berceaux (21), ce qui donne une vitesse périphérique supérieure au pas entre deux compartiments consécutifs pour chaque rotation du berceau correspondant au déchargement d'une bouteille de chaque berceau. La trémie et l'anneau sont entraînés par un moteur commun au moyen de mécanismes et des engrenages.
