ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Alkyl metal trithiocarbonate and alkyl mercaptide are used for the flotation of ores containing copper, nickel and gold. Sodium n-butyl trithiocarbonate blended with sodium n-butyl mercaptide are shown to be advantageously employed in such flotation.
