An agent for preventing organ adhesion containing a .gamma.-polyglutamic acid chemically crosslinked substance as an active ingredient and a method for preventing organ adhesion characterized by contacting or adhering the agent for preventing organ adhesion to the local surface of, or as the case may be, around an organ whose postoperative adhesion is desired to prevent are disclosed. According to the invention, the adhesion of the surface of the organ can be prevented effectively and the agent for preventing organ adhesion which is absorbed in the body, is highly safe, can be easily produced, and is highly practical, and the method for preventing organ adhesion using the same are provided.
La présente invention concerne un agent de prévention de l'adhérence des organes dont la matière active est une substance chimiquement réticulée, l'acide ?-polyglutamique, ainsi qu'un procédé de prévention de l'adhérence des organes. Ledit procédé est caractérisé par le contact ou l'adhérence de l'agent de prévention de l'adhérence des organes à la surface locale d'un organe ou selon le cas autour d'un organe dont on souhaite éviter l'adhérence postopératoire. Selon l'invention, l'adhérence de la surface de l'organe peut être efficacement évitée. L'invention concerne l'agent de prévention de l'adhérence des organes qui est absorbé dans l'organisme, qui est très sûr, qui peut être produit aisément et qui est très pratique ainsi que le procédé de prévention de l'adhérence des organes à l'aide dudit agent.
