The present invention is directed to an organic composite galvanized steel sheet having its characteristics such as corrosion resistance and workability improved. An organic composite galvanized steel sheet that is formed by sequentially depositing on a surface of a steel sheet a galvanization layer, a zinc phosphate layer containing Mg, and an organic layer, and is characterized in that a value of Mg/P (weight ratio) in the zinc phosphate layer is 0.15 or larger and an amount of Mg contained in the zinc phosphate layer is 20mg/m2 or more. The zinc phosphate layer contains at least one of Ni, Mn, Co, Fe, Cu, Al, and Ca. In one embodiment, the organic layer is formed as a composite layer containing an organic resin and at least one of powder or colloid selected from SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, ZrO2, TiO2, and SnO2.
L'invention concerne une feuille d'acier plaquée de métal à base de zinc et revêtue d'un composite contenant une matière organique, qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une feuille d'acier, et, formés sur celle-ci séquentiellement dans cet ordre: un film de placage métallique à base de zinc, un film de phosphate de zinc contenant Mg, et un film organique. Le film de phosphate de zinc présente un rapport en poids Mg/P d'au moins 0,15, et contient Mg selon une quantité d'au moins 20 mg/m<2>. De préférence, le film de phosphate de zinc contient un ou plusieurs éléments du groupe formé par Ni, Mn, Co, Fe, Cu, Al et Ca, et le film organique est de préférence un film composite préparé à partir d'une résine organique et d'un(e) ou plusieurs des poudres et colloïdes de SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, ZrO2, TiO2 et SnO2.
